WHAT You Should Know
Hello! I am very happy you are reading this. Let me tell you I am a passionate and versatile person, who found in the graphic arts the perfect formula to contribute in the development of products, services, and organizations. I also dedicate my time and energy to THE activities I love: painting and yoga!
The Graphic Artist
Since October 2015, I work as Graphic Artist in the Marketing department of Spector & Co. This is one of the biggest supplier of promotional products, personalized business gifts, and writing instruments in Canada, and well known in US. As part of my tasks, I am the lead artist of editing and publishing seasonal supplements, and brochures, as to provide all sort of communicational material to support the sales force and the Digital department as well.
Prior to that, right after my studies in product design, I’ve worked for the publicity agency McCan Erickson and for the pharmaceutical industry also as graphic artist at Y&R. Once in Montreal, I performed as Marketing Coordinator for E.R.E. Inc., an environmental company dedicated in the areas of site remediation and industrial wastewater. I was responsible for all catalogs, advertisement, promotional materials, manuals, business cards, and web designs and development, as well as coordinating and managing printers, photographers, programmers, and web providers. I also created logo and the identity, labeling and packaging for Sampson Eco Shop, an adorable Eco company that manufactures biodegradable cleaners along with organic products for beauty and personal care. Lately, from January 2012 until October 2016, I was part of the toy company Mega Brands – today Mega/Mattel. My task was to design and maintain a consistency of their packaging for products such as Hello Kitty, Barbie, Dora the Explorer, First Builders, Monster High, and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle Junior.
You know how it is … your mother wants you to study chemistry, while you want to become an artist. We met in the middle with me studying product design and lately working as a graphic artist, but I always kept illustration and painting as my ultimate desire. Today I am a happy adult who enjoys working with oils and watercolours, and I apply every time is possible my art to covers or eco product labels! I assist to Renata Heidersdorf classes and btw, mom: I have a cat too!
The Yoga Trainer
A consistent yoga practitioner. Always willing to learn and go deeper as a yoga student I studied with Hart Lazar and Donna Read, completing on July 2019 the 200YTT, a 10 month intensive training.
Since then, I created Boost your Mood, a program offering weekly yoga practice for organizations and companies in West Island that want to offer their employees the benefits of yoga in house. I guide personalized classes to individuals and small groups in my own studio or in the comfort of their houses.
